General terms

These are the principles that apply to all NUR Label services.

1. You order an inspection, not a result

You order an inspection service. NUR Label determines the result in full independence: it may be A, AA, AAA or not validated.

2. Payment does not depend on the level obtained

Payment entitles you to the performance of the service, whatever the level obtained. A service that has been carried out remains payable, even if the file is not validated.

3. One public price, the same for everyone

Prices are displayed with all taxes included and are the same for everyone. See the prices.

4. Certification is not a guarantee

NUR Label certification describes what was inspected. It does not guarantee the vehicle. When a warranty exists, the manufacturer’s or the seller’s, the certificate states it on the basis of the contract.

5. The certificate is dated

The certificate reflects the situation at the date of the inspection, in the sources consulted. Information that is absent from a source at that date cannot appear on it.

Full general terms and conditions of sale

The full general terms and conditions of sale will be published before orders open, in January 2027. They will set out, in particular, ordering, payment, cancellation, the right of withdrawal and complaints.
